    Short version: ArtQR does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything happens locally in your browser. There are no servers, no accounts, and no tracking.
  

1. What data we collect

None. ArtQR does not collect any personal information, browsing history, or usage analytics.

2. How the extension works

ArtQR reads the URL of your current browser tab only when you open the extension popup, so it can pre-fill the QR code input. This URL is processed entirely on your device to generate the QR code image. It is never sent to any server.

Images you upload (for blending or logos) are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded anywhere.

3. Permissions

activeTab / tabs: Used only to read the current tab's URL to pre-fill the QR code. We do not track, store, or transmit your browsing activity.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties — because we do not collect any.

5. Network requests

ArtQR makes zero network requests during QR code generation. The extension works fully offline.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
